At the heart of my real estate work is a simple belief: people deserve to feel confident, supported, and cared for when making one of life's biggest decisions. I consider it a privilege to guide individuals and families through that journey with clarity, honesty, and genuine care.
My path began in the financial industry, where I learned the value of thoughtful planning, strong advocacy, and clear communication. Those skills shape how I work today: staying close to market trends, watching the details that matter, and negotiating hard for my clients while keeping the process manageable and even enjoyable. As a business owner and Independent Broker/Realtor, that same commitment carries into coaching and mentoring other agents.
I am also proud to be a military brat. My father served 24 years in the U.S. Army before retiring at Fort Carson, which first brought our family to Colorado and taught me adaptability, resilience, and service to others. Colorado Springs is where I have chosen to plant roots, raise my family, and invest in the community I serve.
Giving back is a natural extension of those values. I have been involved with Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity for more than 12 years and now serve on its Board of Directors. I also support mobile food drives, local food pantries, Springs Rescue Mission, coat drives for foster care centers, and military and veteran organizations that furnish homes for service members and retirees. Each holiday season, my family adopts local families.
Professionally, I serve on the PPAR Community Relations Committee, with an upcoming role on the PPAR Board of Directors, and I was recently accepted into the 2026 Mayor's Fellowship. Through Junior Achievement and AAYLC, I bring financial literacy and career conversations into local classrooms.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my wife, Naitisha, our children Joseph (9) and Arisje (17), my stepson Avery, and two amazing grandkids. I am a proud graduate of Fountain-Fort Carson High School and UCCS, and last year I summited all 58 of Colorado's 14ers and great traverses.
I believe servant leadership builds stronger homes and communities, and I will keep showing up for the causes shaping our city.
